Terms and Conditions for Show City

1. We do NOT provide any movie/OTT accounts. We will do the setup using your OTT accounts/downloaded content.

2. Smoking/Drinking is NOT allowed inside the theatre.

3. Any DAMAGE caused to theatre, including decorative materials like balloons, lights etc will be fined upto 5000rs.

4. Any property inside the theatre should not be moved, should not off any lights, Ac, projector, speakers

5. Guests are requested to maintain CLEANLINESS inside the theatre.

6. Party poppers/Snow sprays/Cold Fire/Sparkle candles and any other similar items are strictly PROHIBITED inside the theatre. Will be fined 1000rs

7. Carrying AADHAAR CARD/DL is mandatory. It will be checked during entry.

8. Couples below 18 years age are not allowed to enter the theatre. Under 18 years can come in groups.

9. OUTSIDE FOOD AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

10. Any damage to the screen or Projector will be fined ₹100000/-

11. Refund will be processed only if the booking is cancelled AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE the booking time.

12. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us on WhatsApp (9177444600) with details, so we can make arrangements of your refund.

13. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
